Our customer was getting rid of the outdated, 1970s kitchen and going with a contemporary kitchen remodeled design. We replaced the old flooring with beautiful bamboo flooring. Julio picked out oak-style cabinets for their amazing look, Sea-pearl granite countertops to make the new kitchen gleam and top-of-the-line Viking appliances to finish off this brand-new modernized Kitchen. 

We recommended painting the walls to compliment the aesthetics of this remodeled kitchen. Previously, the kitchen was painted in an olive green shade which didn't match well. Painting the walls in a matching pearl white shade was just what was needed to make the new kitchen pop!

Robert of Duluth, GA contacted Housworth Construction to come out and repair some broken stair sections in front of our home. The staircase started losing ceramic tiles under the first step in front of our front door walkway. The damage was beginning to cause concern and if not repaired, these tiles would certainly cause a hazard for anyone trying to walk up the staircase.

Housworth Construction recently completed the removal and replacement of an old sidewalk at a residence in Duluth, GA. The previous sidewalk was extensively lifting and cracking, necessitating a new, level upgrade.

Our process began with the removal of the old cement and thorough preparation of the ground. Clearing all debris and roots is crucial to ensure a level and properly spaced sidewalk.

A few important considerations when pouring new concrete include using the correct PSI, which should be between 3500-4500. The right mixture of materials is essential for proper curing, typically consisting of 3/4 sand, stone, and cement, with about 6-7% air content.

This past month, Housworth Construction completed a new roof installation for this two-story home in Duluth, GA. We used Owens Corning Duration Asphalt in the Estate Grey shade. Jason's choice added curb appeal while giving this home a brand-new look. Before Jason called the trusted professionals at Housworth, he made several inquiries with other contractors. In the end, Jason decided to pick us over the other contractors in the area. He made the correct choice!

Our team worked fast but efficiently to finish this roof replacement in time so the process burdened the homeowner. As you can see from the photos, this roof was nothing short of spectacular.   

Converting from a conventional bathroom shower design to a modern shower upgrade was this homeowner's vision in Duluth, GA. Scott wanted to add a more spacious bathtub/shower combo while increasing the common area. Scott called Housworth to design a more spacious tub and shower environment. 

That is exactly what we did for the homeowner. We remodeled the Reno shower and created additional shelving with niche-recessed shelving. This allows for a more spacious shower and eliminates your essentials getting in the way. 

In the end, Jason loved the transformation of his old shower. Housworth Construction did a great job with the Bathroom remodel.
