This homeowner in Alpharetta, GA was looking to rebuild an old deck and staircase which was located in the rear section of the home. After years of wear and tear have taken a toll on this wooden-style staircase, it was time to upgrade her home. 

We replaced the old, worn-down wood with brand-new cedar and fancy black-metal railing bars to give this staircase a modern look. Arlene went with the natural wood look rather than losing the genuine appeal of the cedar.

This homeowner contacted Housworth Construction to have us provide a Free Estimate and to inspect their roof. After experiencing interior water damage evidence, Scott knew the roof needed some repair work. Our sales team provided a full, detailed review of the roof and gave our assessment of the roof's condition. 

The extent of the damages was beyond repair so our recommendation was to replace the roof. We offered our Owens Corning Duration shingles. These are some of the most durable roofing shingles on the market. The homeowner picked the Estate Grey which adds a cultivated look to this amazing southern home. Scott was thrilled with the results, making him feel good about recommending Housworth Construction. 

Our client in Buford wanted to have all new durable siding installed on their home. Housworth removed Masonite siding on this house and replaced it with a James Hardie brand Plank System. The customer also decided to change colors and go with more of a creme color, which really was a nice touch on the home!
