Phase 3 focused on transforming the open foyer area by installing a new ceiling and floor, converting the space into a versatile bedroom or media room. This change significantly increased the home’s square footage. Additionally, the existing bedroom was extended, and a new window was installed to replace one with a compromised seal, improving both the room’s appearance and functionality.
