Challenge
The siding on the dormer was rotted and our customer was experiencing leaking on the inside of the wall. Housworth inspected the siding and explained to the customer that the entire side of the dormer needed to be replaced along with the corner trim.
Solution
Housworth removed the rotted pieces of siding and installed housewrap on top of the plywood. Once the housewrap was applied then we installed the Hardie Plank siding & corner trim. After the siding was installed we caulked and painted the replaced siding & trim.
