Our customer wanted to update the dining room with a newer fresher paint color. She also changed the light fixture to a more modern light fixture. The color she picked was Agreeable Gray (SW7029) by Sherwin Williams.

Mrs. Sarah was looking to replace her roof & wanted to upgrade to one of the best shingles in the roofing industry. She explained to us that she wanted a roof to last for her lifetime & also wanted it to be a great selling tool when selling her house. Housworth Construction installed a beautiful Owens Corning Duration Designer Summer Harvest Roof System.

Our customer Walter was looking to upgrade his pantry door. Since passing the pantry door was one of the entry points to enter his home, he wanted something that would allow light through instead of a masonry hollow door. Housworth Construction assisted Walter with picking up his door at Home Depot.

This homeowner wasn't sure if they were looking into repairing or replacing their current siding. The deteriorating condition as well as the age of the siding was starting to come full circle. Finding a trusted contractor isn't an easy process. Didler took the time to research local siding companies in the surrounding of Cumming, GA. and after narrowing it down to a few, he found Housworth Construction. Based on the great Google reviews they have been getting over the last several months, they figured to give them a try.

Once Housworth arrived on site, our professional team needed to assess the current condition of the siding. This will have a big part in determining whether or not this can be a simple repair or if we have to recommend a full-siding replacement. Another factor is whether we find an exact siding match. Due to the age of the siding, finding a match is very difficult to do. 

Didier sat down with our sales team to review all of his options and after consulting with our trusted team, the only choice was to do a complete siding replacement. The property owner was looking to make the outside of the home stand out a little more than before. Didler decided to go with new siding in a Nomadic Desert color. For the shutters and trim, they went with a Baked Cookie to complement the new siding. 

Once the job was completed, the homeowner couldn't have been more pleased with the results! 

Dan was looking to get an estimate for interior painting. Housworth Construction went out met with Dan & went over options. Our customer decided to get just the walls & ceiling painted since the trim seems to still be in great condition. The final choice selected for the staircase was Sherwin Williams color Summit Gray (SW 7669).

Our customer Judy was looking for a bathtub facelift. She wanted to keep her ceramic tile floors but wanted the white ceramic tile around the tub to be replaced. Housworth Construction explained to Judy that finding an exact match would be impossible, but we could search for something close. We then took our customer to Floor & Decor for the hunt to begin. Judy spotted something she felt would be an upgrade from the white tile, but not too far off from the ceramic tile floor. After the new tile was installed it was a great looking upgrade.

The homeowner was looking for a wall to be removed to allow a counter height bar in the kitchen & to also allow the kitchen to be bigger & more open. 

Homeowner was looking to repaint the office red wall to a new color. They also didn't like how the back wall angled to the left. Housworth Construction installed shiplap to remove the angle from the wall. The customer selected the paint color by Sherwin Williams - Ironclad (SW9570).

Lauren wanted to update the bathroom floor tile. Housworth Construction removed the bathroom tile & installed a ceramic tile with a design. The ceramic tile was picked from Floor & Decor.

This family room needed a facelift & it got one. New hardwood floors were installed, a new entryway to the kitchen, walls were painted, fireplace mantle was removed & replaced with a modern farmhouse look. Our customer Kelly was super stoked to see the family room newly renovated.
