Flooring Refinish - Staining Prep in Duluth, GA

Richard is walking through the floor sanding & preparation process. All the floors have been striped down to the original flooring color. The installation team made sure to protect the home with placing protection film in all the right areas. At this point, we are getting ready to start the staining process and to test the stain in an inconspicuous area of the floor. This is a important step to ensure the stain matches and meets the homeowner expectations.

Once the stain is applied, we will make sure that it has time ample time dry with plenty of ventilation. The fumes from the stain can effect people differently so allowing proper time for this to dry will avoid any future health issues. This process does take a couple of days so allowing for proper drying and application is key to the application process.
