By taking down this barrier, we were able to create a more seamless and spacious environment, instantly making the home feel larger and more inviting.
Building on that success, we’ve just embarked on a full kitchen renovation for this homeowner. The goal is to completely revitalize the interior, giving it a modern and fresh new look that will blend perfectly with the newly opened living area.

Wall to frame
We started by removing the plaster and are now about to remove the unwanted frame to open this area up.
Wall demolished and Flooring removed
Taking this wall down will add much-needed space to this living area. It also allows for light to brighten up those sun-restricted areas.
Pulling out the old flooring and kitchen cabinets
We started the full kitchen remodel while opening up the living room by taking out the main wall between the hallway and the front door.
