New Roof Installation
The roof system was approved by the insurance company. The property has been tarped and we're now ready for tear off.

The crew have put on their safety harnesses and are now tearing off the old roof system.

The tear off is now complete and the crew is now waterproofing the valleys.
Roof Installation
The crew is now installing our Owens Corning roof accessories which include: WeatherLock Self-Sealing Ice and Water Shield, drip edge, Starter Shingles, Fiberglass re-inforced felt, chimney step flashing, counter flashing, plumbing boots, VentSure Ridge Vents and ProEdge Ridge Cap. We have applied NP-1 Sealant to all exposed nails, flashing and critical areas as required by code.
Roof Install is completed
A new Owens Corning - Total Protection Roofing System is now installed. The shingles we installed is Owens Corning Duration with SureNail Technology.
